Terms of Service

By accessing or using OpsHero ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users, including free-tier users, Pro subscribers, and Team account members.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

OpsHero provides a hybrid CI/CD log analysis platform combining pattern-based matching with an AI engine fallback. The Service is accessible via a web dashboard and a command-line interface (CLI).

The Service is currently in public beta. Features may change, and uptime guarantees do not apply to beta tier accounts unless specified in a separate agreement.

You must authenticate via GitHub OAuth to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not share your credentials or allow unauthorised access to your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) to create an account.

You agree not to:

• Submit logs containing unlawfully obtained data or data you do not have permission to process.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or extract the pattern database or AI engine outputs at scale.
• Use the Service to probe, attack, or stress-test third-party systems without authorisation.
• Circumvent usage limits or quotas through technical means.
• Resell or sublicense API access without a written agreement with OpsHero.

Violation of acceptable use policies may result in immediate account suspension without refund.

5.1 Free tier

Free accounts receive 50 analyses per calendar month at no charge. Unused analyses do not roll over.

5.2 Pro and Team tiers

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are displayed at checkout and may be updated with 30 days notice. Refunds are not issued for partial months, except where required by law.

5.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access to paid features continues until the end of the current billing period. We do not charge cancellation fees.

OpsHero and its error pattern database are proprietary. You retain all ownership of logs you submit. By submitting feedback on analysis results (thumbs up/down), you grant OpsHero a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use that feedback to improve the pattern engine.

Community-contributed patterns are licensed under MIT unless otherwise specified at the time of contribution.

We target 99.5% monthly uptime for paid tiers. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. During the beta period, no formal SLA applies to free-tier accounts. For Team accounts, SLA terms are specified in the enterprise agreement.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". OpsHero does not warrant that analysis results are error-free, complete, or suitable for any particular purpose. Analysis outputs are suggestions — you are responsible for validating fixes before applying them to production systems.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpsHero shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, production downtime, or business interruption. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to OpsHero in the three months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or pose a security risk. You may terminate your account at any time from settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
